Official description
Riho Futaba, who was put to sleep after the elimination of the parasites, has suddenly awakened and started to move towards Tokyo. The city is in serious danger. Retain Riho's advance until all the inhabitants have been evacuated.

Riho Futaba has been stopped as she was moving towards Shinjuku from mount Fuji.
The population in Riho Futaba's path has been evacuated,
but since many poeple in the city have not yet been able to flee,
the National Guard is carrying out a plan to stop her.
Riho Futaba's destructive behavior,
which we have witnessed a short while ago, seems to have diminished,
but now the giant is moving rapidly towards the center of the city.
Do not yet lower your guard.
Currently the situation appears to be stable, but if there are any new developments
we will communicate them immediately.

Riho Futaba is moving east towards Tokyo, and is currently approaching Shinjuku.
Stop Riho's advance until the entire population has been evacuated.
Mission
Slow down Riho Futaba on her approach to Shinjuku until 100% of the population has found refuge.
