Furry
From Giantess Wiki
This word has 2 meanings (both valid, and work according to their context):
- As a noun: The representation of anthropomorphic (nonhuman) animals. Among the animals are those of the real world, are also the fictitious as the pokémon, non-human digimon, among others (see pokephilia).
- As an attributive adjective: Person who likes the aforementioned meaning, can be for artistic, scientific or sexual reasons.
A furry must always be a hybrid between human and animal, they are not considered pure species (members of the furry community contemptuously consider as zoophilic those who like pure animals):
-
Hybridization with a cat.
-
Hybridization with a fox.
-
A brony inevitably is also within the furry category.

Trivia
- The vast majority of furry art involves furry beings based on foxes and wolves.
- Charles Le Brun, a French artist of the seventeenth century and director of the school of fine arts of the time of Louis XIV, was also interested in the physiognomy. In his work "The Anatomy of Passions" Le Brun imagined how people would look if they had evolved from other animals. The result is quite peculiar: http://www.taringa.net/post/imagenes/19428819/Asi-luciriamos-si-hubiesemos-evolucionado-de-otros-animales.html
